சென்னை: 8-ம் வகுப்பு பாடப்புத்தகங்களை இனி ஆன்-லைனிலேயே பெற முடியும். ஆனால் இங்கல்ல...உத்தரப் பிரதேச மாநிலத்தில்.
இதற்கான நடவடிக்கைகளை உத்தரப் பிரதேச மாநில அரசு எடுத்துள்ளது. இந்தப் பாடப் புத்தகங்களை 'www.epathshala.co.in' என்ற இணையதளத்தில் காண முடியும்.
இதற்கான உதவிகளை மத்திய மனிதவள மேம்பாட்டு அமைச்சகம் செய்துள்ளது.
இத்தகவலை மாநில கல்வி, ஆராய்ச்சி, பயிற்சி கவுன்சில்(எஸ்சிஇஆர்டி) இயக்குநர் சர்வேந்திர விக்ரம் சிங் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
இதேபோல மற்ற மாநிலங்களும் தங்களது பள்ளிப் பாடப் புத்தகங்களை ஆன்-லைனில் பதிவேற்றம் செய்யவேண்டும். மேலும் பாடப்புத்தகங்களை சி.டி. வடிவில் கொண்டு வரவேண்டும் என்று மத்திய மனித வள மேம்பாட்டு அமைச்சகம் கேட்டுக்கொண்டுள்ளது.

Do you want to know what's there in an English textbook in UP? You don't have to ask someone to get you a hard copy of the book. It will be available on click of a mouse as all Basic Shiksha Parishad textbooks till class VIII would be uploaded online. The links of these books would be available on the website 'www.epathshala.co.in' launched by the Union HRD ministry in November 2015.According to State Council for Education, Research and Training (SCERT) director Sarvendra Vikram Singh, the Union HRD ministry had asked all states to send their textbook study material in form of CDs so that it could be used and downloaded for free in any part of the country.
